OPTICAL, MOBILE ROUGHNESS MEASUREMENT AT ANY LOCATION
As a portable and mobile optical roughness measuring device, the CONSIGNO MR enables flexible use. Thanks to the integrated rechargeable battery and control via the touchscreen display, roughness can be measured anywhere without contact.
Large and heavy components also have features with the highest precision in terms of surface quality. Quality assurance of these areas is comparatively difficult, as the component can only be transported to a measuring laboratory at great expense. The CONSINGO MR offers a mobile solution for measuring standard-compliant surface parameters so that non-contact roughness measurements can be carried out on site. Thanks to the integrated power supply via a rechargeable battery and operation of the device via a touchscreen, measurements can be carried out at any location. By simply adapting the mechanical holder or mounting the device, it is possible to create recordings for different locations and for different measurement objects.
