UL

New standards in surface analysis

The CONSIGNO UL with rotating microlens disk and an innovative ultrasonic drive offers all the possibilities for microscopic quality control in the measuring laboratory for high-precision and very fast three-dimensional surface measurements.

The CONSINGO UL optical 3D surface measuring device is suitable for universal use in measuring laboratories. With high-resolution 3D measurement data, a wide range of measurement tasks can be carried out. From the acquisition of small geometries and the evaluation of distances, angles and height differences, very precise surface roughness can also be determined. The existing standards are taken into account in the evaluations so that comparable and reliable measurement results are generated. These can be exported in a report for archiving and saving as a PDF. In addition, the measurement data records can be easily saved and used for later processing and analysis.
