Automation of measurement processes with optical 3D measurement technology

Thanks to the use of a robust stepper motor drive, the CONSIGNO SH offers universal and cost-effective use for the automation of 3D measuring processes. Whether on industrial robots or in a measuring system, reliable measurement is guaranteed for all applications.

When automating surface measurements, the task is usually clearly defined and known, but cost-efficient integration can play an important role in the widespread use of optical measurement technology. The CONSIGNO SH offers a good opportunity for this, as reliable measurement can be achieved for most measurement tasks at low cost. Furthermore, this device offers even easier integration into automation processes, as only a power supply source needs to be connected in addition to the connection to a control PC. The entire control electronics are integrated in the measuring head.
