Especially for applications where the highest resolutions are not necessary, the CONSIGNO SL offers a wide range of applications in the laboratory for measuring roughness, but also geometries and step heights. The use of a stepper motor ensures reliable height scanning and also offers a cost-efficient implementation of confocal 3D measurements.
